Wil je lid worden?
Als je lid wilt worden van onze ontspanningsvereniging vul dan het aanmeldingsformulier op deze pagina in.
Contributie
Contributie is € 6,35 per maand, welke ingehouden wordt op het salaris (in geval van een CAO-verhoging wijzigt de contributie in ratio). DSV verdubbelt dit bedrag elke maand plus nog een extraatje.
Voorwaarden
LET OP! Je kunt enkel lid worden van onze ontspanningsvereniging als je een rechtstreeks dienstverband hebt bij DSV of via een uitzendbureau werkzaam bent in minimaal fase B.

If you would like to become a member of our recreational club please fill out the application form on this page.
Contributor's fee
Contribution is €6.35 per month, which is deducted from the salary (in case of a CLA increase, the contribution changes in ratio). DSV doubles this amount every month plus a little extra.
Terms
NOTE: You can only become a member of our recreational association if you are directly employed by DSV or employed through an employment agency in at least Phase B.
